How we like a royal wedding! Even if it is not a heiress pincesa, and the attendees do not put all the meat on the grill. First of all, and before moving on to the looks of the Swedish royal family and the bride, we will start with the guests.

Charlene of Monaco from Akris and Mary Donaldson

Charlene arrived without Alberto from Monaco and with her usual style, that which Mr. Armani has captured so well. A strapless design with peplum and chiffon sleeves that perfectly cover Charlene’s weak point, the shoulders. The brown tone of the design is suitable for her skin and hair tone, but somewhat sad, especially considering the bright colors that the other guests chose. Mary Donaldson, on the other hand, shines wrapped in a beautiful coral shade. Playing with lace and satin, the design presents a romantic shawl, which covers the neckline and falls like sleeves, as Donaldson always chooses something different.

Marie-Chantal Miller from Valentino Couture and Tatiana Blatnik from Armani PrivĂ©

A simple and regal ice white dress with a crew neck and a defined waist was Marie-Chantal’s elegant choice. In Tatiana Blatnik’s case, a sheerly proportioned sweetheart dress in baby blue worked wonders against her skin.

Mary of Denmark and Sophia of Wessex

As you can see, pastel tones have been the star of the wedding. Baby pink was the choice of these two women, with very different results. Delicacy was the highlight of Maria de Denmark’s mermaid-cut design, with a neckline covered by sheer chiffon. However, Sofia from Wessex was betting on a slimmer silhouette that didn’t work, especially because of the unsightly side seams. Where appropriate, the neckline is covered with lace.
